Motherhood Moment Retreat

New mom’s are told that they will recover after 6 weeks, but that is not true. In reality the emotional and physical toll that motherhood takes on you is something that you can never fully prepare for. Motherhood can feel isolating, over simulating, and unmanageable. Whether it is your first baby, your fifth, or somewhere in between the time after having a baby can really rock your world. Moms really can lose themselves in motherhood and it can feel impossible to leave your baby. This retreat gives you a chance to focus on yourself after having total focus on your new baby. It is a time to bond with other mothers who can understand what you have gone through like no one else. If it has been just a few months or a few years since you had your baby you are welcome to join the retreat and find time to make yourself the main focus.
