Europe
I've had the opportunity to visit Europe several times. My first trip was to Ireland when I was 12, traveling with my family and my grandmother, whose parents had emigrated from Ireland to the United States. It was incredibly meaningful to experience the country with her and connect with our heritage.
Since then, I’ve taken shorter trips to Spain, Italy, Switzerland, France, Greece, Norway and the Netherlands. In 2019, I moved to Spain to teach English and settled in the small city of Murcia. During that time, I traveled extensively throughout Spain, as well as to Portugal and Germany. It was an unforgettable experience—rich with culture, adventure, and learning—until it was unexpectedly cut short by the global pandemic in 2020.
Europe is such an accessible region to explore, filled with diverse and vibrant cultures that make every visit fascinating and rewarding.
